Monmouth Natural Health Centre
Bridges Community Centre
I am Katie, and I am a clear, honest and strongly encouraging counsellor, who is open to working with people from all walks of life.
I practice an model of Relational Counselling. This means that I will always endeavour to make contact with who you are first, and look at ways of working which compliment your nature. I have a very fluid style of working- so I will meet each individual differently.
I am available for short term work, as well as longer term work. You will find your own way through therapy, and the journey will be an enriching one.
I believe humour to be a hugely important part of connecting with one another, so always work in a way which is open to laughter and inviting of creative energy.
Whatever the issue, there will be a way to speak about it in counselling. Counselling provides a totally open space, free of stigma, where you can speak about what is true for you.
