About me

Overwhelming isn’t it?

First you realise you could do with the mental health support, and now you’re searching for a counsellor that you feel connected to, meets your values and understands you for who you are and what you’re going through... Right?

I hear you.

You’ve already done the hard part - recognising you need someone to talk to. You’ve clicked through a few people to find your match… That’s where I come in.

I have close to a decade of therapeutic development and practice to support you on your journey. This time and experience has provided me the skills and knowledge to offer you within our sessions together.

The most common areas I work from are Trauma (childhood, relationship, SA) Inner Child work, Somatic therapy (for those who are self aware but dont know what to do about something) and the here and now (Gestalt therapy). I cover this practice across all ages; children, young people, adults and older adults.

Common areas of challenges and disorders I work with are anxiety and panic attacks, relationship breakdown, self discovery and navigating neurodiversity.

I work from an integrative approach; this allows for the session to be unique to you. I recognise that following a single approach or method can sometimes feel limiting or restrictive for some. So I bring a range of approaches alongside authenticity and transparency, which is what I value in my character and as a professional. In my practice there is no 'one size fits all' in therapy; I recognise each person as an individual, and aim to be fluid and responsive by bringing a range of therapeutic techniques to appreciate that we all respond and process differently.

Motivated to work on your mental health, but finding time or budget a challenge?
30-minute sessions could be a supportive option. These sessions are goal-oriented and structured around a specific issue you’d like to explore or move forward with. Some clients choose to combine these with their regular 50-minute sessions — using them for check-ins or reflection in between. Others find that shorter weekly sessions fit well within their lifestyle and still provide meaningful space for growth and change. If this approach resonates with you, let’s have a chat and we can explore whether it could be a good fit for you.

I offer adhoc sessions but limited availability.

You don't have to suffer in silence, your voice matters.

Whether you're feeling alone, anxious or a little off balance, it only takes a phone call to find that support you need and deserve.

I appreciate the pressure and stress that comes with seeking help, so I aim to make it as smooth sailing as possible.

I offer a free 20 minute consultation for us to get to know one another and briefly talk about what is troubling you and what you're looking for in a therapist, as well as your sessions.

If you have any questions, drop me a message, email or a call and let’s have a chat.

If you are waiting for a response via email, please check your junk as they can often be hiding in there.
