About me
Navigating anxiety and depression or surviving trauma? You don’t have to do it alone, this is a space where your story matters, come just as you are. I offer one-to-one, person-centred therapy for young people, adolescents and adults, whilst integrating somatic practices to gently release trauma stored in the body. This is a safe environment where you can explore your inner world and overcome those anxious thoughts. Unpacking your story one step at a time.
I weave together talking therapy with somatic practices. Together, we’ll create space for deeper connection, emotional resilience, and a renewed sense of self, at your own pace, in your own way.
Training, qualifications & experience
With over six years of experience working therapeutically with adolescents as well as adults, I specialise in supporting those navigating trauma, grief, loss, mental health challenges, and neurodivergence. My approach is integrative. Blending a range of therapeutic modalities to meet your unique needs, with a particular focus on somatic therapy to gently support the release of trauma held in the body. Whether you're an adolescent processing deep emotional childhood wounds or an adult seeking reconnection and balance, I offer a safe, responsive environment where healing unfolds at your own pace, through a variety of outlets that support both mind and body.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Additional information
I offer a free initial telephone consultation as a gentle first step in our work together. This is a space for you to share what’s bringing you to therapy, ask any questions you may have, and explore what you’re hoping to find in the therapeutic process. With no pressure or obligation. If it feels like a good fit, we can then arrange your first session and begin your unique healing journey together, at a pace that feels right for you.
