About me

You don’t have to do it alone, your story matters, come just as you are. I offer one-to-one, person-centred therapy sessions face to face, online or telephone for young people/adolescents and adults, creating a warm and safe environment where you can explore your inner world.

I weave together talking therapy with mindful practices with the aim to calm the nervous system and support the release of trauma held in the body and mind. Together, we’ll create space for deeper connection, emotional resilience, and a renewed sense of self at your own pace, in your own way.

With a specialist interest in loss, anxiety, and depression, I offer a calm and compassionate space where you can begin to gently explore and make sense of your story. Together, we can work to unpack painful experiences, understand their impact, and gradually rebuild your confidence, and sense of purpose.

This is your time and space to heal at your own pace with care and support every step of the way. Let’s gently explore what’s been holding you back and discover how to rebuild your life. There's no rush, no judgment. only space for your story to unfold in the way that feels right for you.

If you’re ready to take the first step, I invite you to reach out for a free introductory call. Let’s see how we might work together and start the process of healing with kindness, intention, and care.

Training, qualifications & experience

With over seven years of experience working therapeutically with adolescents as well as adults, I specialise in supporting those navigating trauma, grief, loss, mental health challenges, and neurodivergence. My approach is integrative. Blending a range of therapeutic modalities to meet your unique needs. Whether you're a young person processing emotional childhood wounds or an adult seeking reconnection and balance, I offer a safe, responsive environment where healing unfolds at your own pace, through a variety of outlets that support both mind and body.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

I offer a free initial telephone consultation as a first step in our work together.
