About me

Couples & Individual Psychosexual & Relationship Therapy - Rebuild Intimacy, Improve Communication | Individuals Welcome

AKA couples or marriage counselling.

Are you and your partner struggling with intimacy, mismatched desire, or communication?
Or are you navigating sexual difficulties, anxiety, or the impact of past experiences on your relationships?

I support couples and individuals with:

mismatched libido & desire
intimacy and performance anxiety
betrayal and rebuilding trust
sexual trauma and shame
attachment and relationship patterns

I’m an empathetic Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist with a background in Sexual Health Nursing, offering a safe, non-judgmental space to explore sensitive and complex issues.

I work with both couples and individuals, helping you better understand yourself and each other, improve communication, and build more fulfilling relationships.

My approach is integrative and tailored to your needs, drawing on a range of therapeutic models to support lasting change.I am currently training in Relational Life Therapy, which focuses on boundaries, self-esteem, and healing relationship trauma, supporting clients to create more honest, balanced, and connected relationships.

I am kink-aware and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I am also from Northern England so I carry a deep understanding of cultural and societal implications on our sex and relationships.

I offer a free 10–15 minute consultation to see if we’re the right fit.

Based in London, I provide online sessions across the UK, Ireland and Europe.
