About me

Are you struggling due to a Sexual Problem, Intimacy anxiety, suffered sexual trauma or feeling like your attachment style is impacting your dating & relationships? Or are you a couple (other relationship structure) who are facing issues after the honeymoon period, after having a child or a betrayal? Are your sexual desires not matching?

I understand how hard it can be to decide to seek help and find a therapist, so I offer a 20 minute free consultation to see if we are the right fit.

I’m an empathetic Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist with a background in Sexual Health Nursing, giving me extensive experience with Sexual Health conditions and supporting Sexual Assault/Abuse survivors offering a safe space for healing.

Additionally, I am passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate healthy relationships and secure attachments, offering both one-on-one therapy and couple’s sessions.

I use an Integrative therapy approach which uses a mix of approaches such as Gestalt, Imago, Cognitive restructuring, based on the clients needs at the time.

I do prefer a Psychodynamic approach, considering how your past experiences are impacting your current thoughts, feeling and actions. This is particularly helpful for clients experiencing Sexual Problems or difficulties relationally.

I am a Kink & LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist. I create a non-judgmental space where clients can explore their issues without fear or shame.

Based in London, originally from Yorkshire, I offer UK wide online sessions and F2F in London. I bring a deep understanding of the complexities of growing up in northern England and the cultural attitudes towards sex and sexuality.
