About me
Life happens. Relationships happen. Parenting, work, friendships… it all comes at you at once, and suddenly you’re carrying far more than anyone realises. You might be the one who keeps everything going, the steady one, the strong one, yet inside you feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted or silently hurting. Maybe you’ve been holding things together for so long that you don’t remember the last time you felt truly rested or at peace. Perhaps old experiences still echo in the present, or your relationships feel confusing, distant, or harder than they should be. If you’re longing for a calm, steady space where you can finally let it all out, be truly honest, feel supported, listened to and/or navigate ways to help make lifelong healthier changes- I’m here for you
I’m a BACP‑accredited integrative counsellor, trauma‑informed therapist, and relationship psychotherapist. My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. Together, we’ll gently explore what’s happening beneath the surface at a pace that feels safe, helping you understand your emotions, soothe old wounds, and reconnect with yourself and the people around you.
What You Might Be Experiencing….
You may be carrying more than you’ve ever said out loud. Perhaps you’re navigating anxiety that leaves you feeling on edge, or trauma responses that show up when you least expect them. Maybe you’re trying to make sense of relationship patterns that feel painful, confusing, or repetitive. You might feel disconnected from yourself or others, or stuck in cycles of people‑pleasing, overthinking, or self‑criticism. If you’ve been coping alone for a long time, it makes sense that you’re tired. You deserve a space where your feelings are met with understanding, not pressure.
How I Can Help……..
Therapy with me is shaped around you, your pace, your needs, your story. As an integrative counsellor, I draw from approaches that help you understand both your inner world and your relational patterns. My trauma‑informed lens means we move gently, with care, so you never feel rushed or overwhelmed. As a relationship psychotherapist, I support individuals and couples in exploring attachment wounds, communication struggles, emotional disconnection, and the deeper needs that shape how you relate to others. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, emotional steadiness, and better and healthier ways of connecting.
Clients often describe me as warm, calm, and easy to talk to. I offer a space where you can be honest without fear of judgment or expectation. You won’t be pushed before you’re ready, instead, you’ll be met with curiosity, compassion, and a steady presence that helps you feel safe enough to explore what’s really going on.
Therapy is a place where you can slow down, breathe, and finally feel heard.
My Approach
I draw from relational therapy, trauma‑informed practice and integrative approach. This allows us to explore your emotions, your nervous system, your patterns, and your relationships in a way that feels integrated and supportive. My focus is always on emotional safety, attunement, and helping you build a deeper, kinder understanding of yourself.
About Me
I became a therapist because I believe deeply in the power of being truly heard. My work is shaped by empathy, authenticity, and a commitment to helping people feel understood in a way they may not have experienced before. I’m BACP‑accredited with specialist training in trauma and relationships, and clients often tell me they feel safe, supported, and genuinely seen in our work together.

I work with both individuals and couples who are often carrying more than they’ve ever said out loud. With individuals, I help you untangle the thoughts, feelings, and old wounds that quietly shape how you move through the world, the parts of you that feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unheard. In couples work, I create a calm, steady space where partners can finally slow down, soften, and really see each other again. Together we explore the deeper needs, fears, and patterns that sit beneath the arguments, the silence, or the sense of drifting apart. Whether I’m supporting one person or two, my focus is always on emotional safety, compassion, and helping you build relationships, with yourself and with each other, that feel more connected, honest, and alive.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
Walk‑and‑talk therapy offers a calmer, more natural way to open up. Being outdoors eases stress and anxiety, helping us feel grounded and less pressured than sitting face‑to‑face in a room. Moving side‑by‑side makes talking feel easier, thoughts flow more freely, and emotions settle more gently. Nature supports the nervous system, boosts confidence, and helps us see things from fresh perspectives. It’s a simple, empowering way to work through life’s challenges while building healthier lifelong changes together.
If you’d like any further information about how I work or what therapy with me might look like, you’re welcome to get in touch. I know reaching out can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve been carrying things quietly for a long time. I’m here to answer any questions you may have and help you decide whether I’m the right fit for you. You don’t have to figure everything out alone, a conversation can be a gentle place to start.
I’m an Accredited member of the BACP, which means my work is held to a high professional and ethical standard. I follow the BACP Ethical Framework, ensuring that your wellbeing, safety, and autonomy are always at the centre of our work together. As part of my membership, I engage in regular clinical supervision with an experienced supervisor who supports me in reflecting on my practice and maintaining the quality and integrity of the therapy I offer. I’m also committed to ongoing professional development, continually deepening my skills so I can provide therapy that is safe, attuned, and grounded in best practice.
