Hello, my name is Kasia and I am a trauma - informed integrative transpersonal therapist. A warm welcome to you.
Sometimes life feels overwhelming. You might feel lost, stuck, or disconnected from your feelings, needs, and desires. Perhaps you're struggling to make sense of your experiences, searching for greater meaning in life, or grappling with intense responses to the poly-crisis and the current state of the world.
Whatever difficulties, challenges, or confusion have brought you here, therapy can provide a safe space to explore them with openness and curiosity – reconnecting you with your authentic self and the world around you. Through this process, you can develop greater self-awareness, explore patterns and behaviours, recognise your strengths, gain new perspectives, ease and confidence to live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
Every journey is unique. I’m here to walk alongside you on this transformative journey as you rediscover connection, resilience, and hope.
My Approach
As an integrative transpersonal therapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic models and methods, tailoring them to your unique experiences.
I offer a warm and compassionate environment where you will be deeply listened to and supported – as a unique individual with your unique needs, story and your reason for coming to counselling.
Our work may include a blend of talking therapy, creative techniques, mindfulness, body - oriented practices and nature connection – depending on what resonates with you and your process at this time.
- Creative tools, somatic awareness and nature connection: Engaging with imagination, drawing, body & movement, and nature helps us to tap into our deep innate wisdom and help to reveal insights from the unconscious.
- Nervous system regulation: Understanding our nervous system helps to navigate emotional states like anxiety, lack of motivation, overwhelm, sadness, stress, and anger.
- Cultural understanding: Having lived and worked in diverse cultural settings, I bring a nuanced understanding of identity, belonging, and home.
With a transpersonal lens, I honour the spiritual, ecological, and interconnected dimensions of life. This perspective nurtures a sense of belonging and meaning that integrates heart, mind, and soul.
I believe that the relational approach is central to healing. A safe, trusting relationship in therapy allows us to notice patterns, attend to relational wounds, and develop different and healthier ways of relating.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
Our first session will be an opportunity for you to tell me what brings you to therapy, and what you are hoping to get out of it at this time. This session will also be a chance for us to get to know each other, for you to experience how I work and discuss if it feels appropriate to work together.
I offer a free, 20-minute consultation over the phone or online prior to our first full session, in order for you to get a sense of me, see if we may be a good fit and give you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
I welcome you to contact me and book your initial consultation.
