Many of the clients I work with—particularly neurodivergent women and survivors of complex trauma—can talk about their experiences for hours with high intelligence and insight. Yet, despite "knowing" the theory of their trauma, their nervous system remains stuck in a state of "sensory burn," chronic exhaustion, or high-functioning anxiety.
You cannot "think" your way out of a nervous system trapped in a survival loop.
My approach is designed to bypass the "thinking brain" and speak directly to the autonomic nervous system. We stop trying to force a neurotypical "fix" onto a neurodivergent experience; instead, we work with your unique brain and biofield to reclaim your agency.

How We Work Together
I work exclusively within highly boundaried, intensive therapeutic containers.
All work is delivered through a structured 3-month framework with fortnightly 90-minute sessions, allowing the deep somatic tracking required for true transformation.
Within this container, we choose one of two distinct pathways:
The Complex Singular Pathway: For deep-seated, isolated issues (e.g., targeted Trauma or Inner Child processing) where your wider environment is stable.
The Complex Intersectional Pathway: Mandatory for highly layered histories (e.g., unmasking neurodivergence while recovering from narcissistic abuse and experiencing hormonal burnout). We track and treat these overlapping layers at the same time.
Practice Logistics & Boundaries
To maintain the highest level of clinical containment and ensure you feel safe and held throughout this process, I operate with clear professional boundaries:
No Free Introductory Calls: Complex multidimensional work cannot be properly assessed in a casual chat. Every journey begins with your intensive, 90-minute deep-dive consultation, which serves as the fully integrated opening session of your 3-month container to map your autonomic nervous system patterns.
Format: Primarily online, UK-wide practice via secure video. (Limited in-person availability in Ulverston, Cumbria, by exception).
Commitment & Pricing: I work exclusively within 3-month neurosomatic containers featuring intensive, fortnightly 90-minute sessions. The total investment is £1,540 (flexible payment plans are available: £540 upfront deposit, followed by 2 monthly payments of £500), depending on which pathway. Once admitted into a container, sessions run on a fixed rhythm. To ensure the momentum of your transformation, these bookings are dedicated solely to you and cannot be paused or rearranged.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
