My work is Outcome-Focused and Integrative. This means I don’t just look at symptoms; I look at your whole system—the mind, the nervous system, and the biological shifts that influence your well-being. I bridge the gap between traditional Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and cutting-edge Neuro-Somatic techniques to help you find a deep, cellular sense of resolution.
Are you "highly verbal" but "somatically disconnected"?
Many of the clients I work with—particularly neurodivergent women and survivors of complex trauma—can talk about their experiences for hours with high intelligence and insight. Yet, despite "knowing" the theory of their trauma, their nervous system remains stuck in a state of "sensory burn," chronic exhaustion, or high-functioning anxiety.
You cannot "think" your way out of a nervous system trapped in a survival loop.
My approach is designed to bypass the "thinking brain" and speak directly to the autonomic nervous system. We stop trying to force a neurotypical "fix" onto a neurodivergent experience; instead, we work with your unique brain and biofield to reclaim your agency.
Single Specialisms
- The Neuro-Hormonal Intersection (Neuro-Menopause): I have a particular interest in how hormonal transitions (Perimenopause and Menopause) impact the neurodivergent brain (ADHD/Autism). I help you navigate the effects of oestrogen depletion—addressing brain fog and sensory overwhelm to regain cognitive clarity.
- The "Unmasked Brain" (Neuro-Affirming Care): I specialise in the emotional healing that follows a late-life ADHD or Autistic diagnosis. Helping you find your new roadmap.
- Neuro-Somatic Regulation: Working with the nervous system to resolve deep-seated stress, burnout, and the "High-Functioning Anxiety" often found in leaders, creatives, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Narcissistic Abuse & C-PTSD Recovery: Healing from narcissistic dynamics (PNSD) requires a therapist who understands the mechanics of gaslighting and the "Fawn" response. I help you dismantle the "Core Shame" and reclaim the agency that trauma took away.
- Trauma Recovery: A specialist approach to C-PTSD and Narcissistic Abuse Recovery (PNSD). I focus on moving beyond simply "talking about" trauma to resolving its physical and energetic imprint on the nervous system. By dismantling the "Fawn" response and addressing the "sensory burn" of trauma, I help you move from survival-based hyper-vigilance into a state of embodied safety and absolute agency.
- Inner Child Therapy: Using my own Inner Child Healing program (est. 2012), we address verbal, developmental, relational, and trauma-related wounds.

As a senior UKCP-registered psychotherapist with 20 years of clinical experience and 30 years of energy psychology mastery, I work across three distinct layers:
- The Psychological System: Safely deconstructing childhood conditioning, transforming internalised critical voices, and releasing systemic family trauma bonds
- The Neuro-Somatic Nervous System: Tracking your autonomic responses in real time, downregulating overactive cortisol/adrenaline pathways, and shifting your biology out of fight, flight, freeze, or fawn loops.

Practice Logistics & Boundaries
To maintain the highest level of clinical containment and ensure you feel safe and held throughout this process, I operate with clear professional boundaries:
- No Introductory Calls: Complex multidimensional work cannot be properly assessed in a casual chat. Every journey begins with a formal 90-minute assessment to map out your system.
- Format: Primarily Online UK-Wide Practice via secure video. (Limited in-person availability in Ulverston, Cumbria, by exception).
- Commitment: Once admitted into a container, sessions run on a fixed weekly or fortnightly rhythm. To ensure the momentum of your transformation, these bookings are dedicated solely to you and cannot be paused or rearranged.

I developed my own inner child healing therapy techniques in 2012, which I use alongside my psychotherapy training to empower my clients to heal childhood-related wounds. I have over 14 years of experience.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
