Specialist Clinical Supervision: Neuro-Affirming & Energy-Informed

A Sanctuary for the Multidimensional & Seasoned Practitioner

Supervision is the heartbeat of a sustainable practice. After three decades in the field, I know that your greatest clinical tool is a regulated, supported, and clear-sighted version of you.

I provide high-tier clinical supervision and specialist case consultancy backed by 20 years of continuous UKCP registration as a Psychotherapist and 30 years of multidimensional wisdom. This is a master-level consultancy designed to deepen your clinical presence, protect your energetic well-being, and ensure your practice remains a place of profound transformation—for your clients and yourself.

Who I Work With
I work with brilliant practitioners who are tired of leaving their "intuitive" or "neurospicy" selves at the door. My supervision is tailored for:

  • The Senior Integrative Practitioner: Bridging traditional psychodynamic depth with Hypno-psychotherapy and Somatic Trauma work.
  • The ND & HSP Specialist: Focusing on "Double-Somatic Tracking" to prevent sensory flooding and professional burnout.
  • The Neurotypical Practitioner: Seeking specialist guidance in providing truly neuro-affirming care for complex ND/HSP cases.
  • The Energy-Informed Therapist: Navigating the "dual-hatting" of clinical work and energy medicine (EFT, etc.) with ethical integrity.

Specialist Areas of Support
The Energy-Clinical Intersection: Safely integrating multidimensional modalities into a regulated UKCP/BACP framework.

  • Neuro-Affirming Excellence: Moving beyond "awareness" into true affirmation. I have a specific interest in Menopausal Neurodivergence and how hormonal shifts impact the
  • Complex Relational Trauma: Navigating the intense counter-transference and "trauma bonding" inherent in Narcissistic Abuse (PNSD) and C-PTSD.
  • Tracking the "Double-Somatic" Loop: Monitoring the nervous system responses of both the therapist and the client in real time to uncover hidden layers of the narrative and prevent vicarious trauma.

My Clinical Framework
I act as a Mentor, Evaluator, and Supporter, utilising the 7-Eyed Model alongside Hawkins, Proctor, and Kadushin frameworks. My style is honest, gently challenging, and outcome-focused. I focus on "Energetic Hygiene"—ensuring you don’t absorb client trauma or experience "empathic strain."

Why 90-Minute Supervision is the Gold Standard
I treat supervision as a specialist consultant-to-practitioner partnership. A standard 50-minute session is rarely enough to safely unpack complex cases.

  • Temporal Space: 90 minutes allows us to move beyond "case reporting" into deep somatic reflection.
  • Regulatory Efficiency: This format satisfies the UKCP monthly supervision requirements for busy practitioners in a single, high-depth monthly container.
