About me
Sometimes life can look settled on the outside while, inwardly, you feel unsettled, disconnected, or in need of change. You may be managing work, relationships, or family life while feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or uncertain about what comes next.
Many people come to therapy during a period of transition: a shift in work or identity, relationship difficulties, a move or life abroad, or a growing wish to understand themselves more deeply. Together, we can slow things down and explore what may be happening beneath the surface.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded. Alongside conversation, we may gently pay attention to your emotions, thoughts, bodily experience, and the different parts of you that can sometimes feel in conflict always at a pace that feels right for you. This can be especially helpful when stress feels held in the body, or when it is difficult to find words for what you are experiencing.
You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. I offer a space where you can step out of the pressure of “holding it all together,” feel met without judgment, and make sense of what is going on in an honest, supportive way.
If this resonates, you are very welcome to get in touch.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained and qualified with a postgraduate degree in London at the Psychosynthesis Trust (Level 7). I also have extensive integrative training, including family systems, Gestalt, somatic and trauma work. I bring 12 years of mindfulness and spiritual practice into my work, offering depth and experience to my clients. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and am fully insured.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Additional information
Therapy can be a meaningful commitment of time, energy and money. My standard fee is £75 per 50-minute session. I also keep a small number of reduced-fee spaces for people for whom the full fee would make therapy difficult to access. Please feel free to ask when you reach out.

Further information
I offer an integrative, psychosynthesis-based approach that blends relational, trauma-informed, and parts work.
Our sessions are collaborative and paced to suit you, helping you better understand yourself, build resilience, and feel more connected, grounded, and aligned in your life.
Our first session is a chance for us to explore what has brought you to therapy and what you would like from our work together.
I usually suggest starting with six sessions. Towards the end of this time, we can review how things are going and talk about whether it feels helpful to continue working together for longer, or whether it feels right to bring the work to a close.
