About me
You might look like you’re coping on the outside — but internally, it feels overwhelming or exhausting.
Maybe your thoughts won’t switch off, or relationships feel confusing, distant, or emotionally draining. You may find yourself stuck in patterns of anxiety, overthinking, low mood, or the impact of past experiences, where things don’t seem to change for long.
I work with both individuals and couples who are ready for more than just a space to talk — they want to understand what is happening and find a way forward that feels more manageable and lasting.
With individual clients, I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to explore how thoughts, feelings, and behaviours interact, and how these patterns can keep difficulties going. With couples, I use an integrative, relationship-focused approach, drawing on attachment theory and approaches such as Gottman and Imago to help improve communication, understanding, and connection.
Together, we make sense of what’s happening and work towards meaningful, practical change, helping you feel clearer, more grounded, and more in control of your life and relationships.

The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Further information
Taking the first step into counselling can feel daunting, but you don’t have to go through it alone. I offer a warm, supportive space for both individuals and couples to explore what feels difficult and what you would like to change.
With individual clients, I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours interact, and how these patterns may be keeping you stuck in anxiety, overthinking, low mood, or self-doubt. Together, we focus on what is happening in your life now, identifying unhelpful cycles and developing more helpful, manageable ways of responding.
With couples, I offer an integrative relationship-focused approach, drawing on attachment theory and models such as Gottman and Imago. This helps you both understand recurring patterns, improve communication, and rebuild emotional connection in a more secure and supportive way.
Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your needs, whether you are coming alone or as a couple. We work at a pace that feels comfortable, focusing on meaningful, achievable changes that support you in day-to-day life and in your relationships.
The aim is to help you feel more grounded, more understood, and better able to move forward with clarity and connection.
