Karen Norris MBACP
Sometimes we need a bit of help making sense of something, or help finding a way out of a dark and lonely place?
Maybe you'd like someone to listen to you - to help you cope with everyday life? Perhaps you're struggling in a relationship, or coming to terms with a recent bereavement? Or it could be that you're just looking for more fulfilment and happiness in your life?
Whatever the reason, together we can work through your problems to find a different, more hopeful way of looking at things – resulting in a clearer mind and a better understanding of yourself.
