Couple, Family and Individual Systemic Psychotherapist

About me

As a qualified and registered systemic psychotherapist, I am specifically trained to work with families and couples, as well as individuals.

You may want to explore conflict dynamics within your couple relationship or with your children. You may be stuck in unhelpful patterns that feel hard to step out of. You may want to strengthen communication and understanding of each other’s perspectives. I help couples, families, and individuals to begin to better understand these repetitive cycles or patterns of conflict they find themselves in, working to understand why this might be happening despite their best efforts. This creates space for the repair of any harm experienced to take place and for more helpful relational patterns to emerge between people.

I offer a safe and neutral environment for partners or family members to explore how attachment bonds, feelings, behaviours, and patterns are affecting relationships. Through curiosity, guided communication, and therapeutic techniques, couples and families will be supported to understand each other’s needs, express their emotions constructively, and strengthen relationships.

Alternatively, you might be struggling with low mood, feeling stuck with your present situation, or struggling with past events, ill health, trauma, or bereavement. I aim to seek to address difficulties you may be experiencing by exploring how past experiences, current dynamics, and external pressures shape current challenges and present feelings.

Whatever the issue, I offer a warm, compassionate, non-judgemental space where you will be validated and empowered to explore the issues important to you and those important to you.

I offer a relaxed space either in Forest Hill, Crystal Palace therapy rooms, or online.
