About me

Welcome! I'm glad you're here. Taking the first step and looking for support can feel daunting, but you're not on your own. I'm here to support you.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of support - I'm here for you, and you don’t have to face it all by yourself.

I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard. Whether you’re looking for help with stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, bereavement and loss, family issues, relationships, or life’s daily pressures, I tailor every session to meet your individual needs and goals. I’m here to help.

Counselling isn’t a ‘one size fits all’ approach and each person may want something different from their sessions.

It's an opportunity to talk through any issues you are currently experiencing in a safe, empathetic, and non-judgemental space. There is also an opportunity to talk about your past experiences and find solutions that work for you.

You may have multiple concerns that you want to talk through. That is perfectly fine – I can support you to unpack each of them, one at a time, at your pace.

If you're ready to talk, I'm here to listen.

Sessions can be organised to suit your needs. I offer Online, In Person or Telephone Counselling.

Reach out today for a FREE 15 minute chat to talk through your options.
