About me

I am Justyna Schleiss, a psychotherapeutic counsellor, hypnotherapist, and mindfulness practitioner. I offer a gentle, compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. My approach centres on helping you connect with your authentic self, develop self-compassion, and find calm and clarity in the midst of life’s challenges.

I have experience supporting adults, children, and young people with a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, self-esteem issues, stress, and the impact of trauma. Creating a safe and understanding environment is at the heart of my work, allowing you or your child to feel heard and supported without judgment.

How I Work
I offer psychotherapeutic counselling, hypnotherapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, and together we can explore what feels most helpful for you. Sessions are tailored to each individual and may include talking therapy, relaxation techniques, and tools to foster inner calm and resilience.

I can offer therapy in both English and Polish, providing support that feels natural and accessible in the language you are most comfortable with.
