I work with people just like you who are suffering from anxieties and worries
contributing to life difficulties and stresses including physical and emotional pain &
suffering, grief, bereavement and loss and also living with CFS and/or Fibromyalgia.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor using the person-centered approach. I also have level 3 awards for Counselling Theory, Anger Management Counselling and Counselling for Depression. I have trained as a Bereavement Support Worker and I have recently qualified as a member of the Infant Loss Foundation to be able to provide counselling to those suffering from the loss of a child. I have personally recovered from CFS and Fibromyalgia by participating in a self-care plan which includes counselling. I also hold a practitioner level certificate in both Mindfulness Practice and Cognitive behavioural therapy and I have Diplomas in Pain Management and Coaching.

Counselling for those suffering from various types of loss including the loss of a loved one
and also those losses which are not death related i.e.
the mother you wanted your mum to be but didn't have
loss of the life you no longer have due to chronic illness
loss of friendship/relationship
the childhood you never had
loss of a limb or bodily function
loss of work or retirement
also the loss of a pet/animal companion.
Having lived as an Expat myself I also work with ex-pats via online counselling
Counselling with me might also involve working with Childhood trauma, Co-dependency,
living life as a carer or working with the past to look to the future.

My Fees are :
£40.00 for individual face to face counselling
£40.00 for Online Counselling via the Zoom platform
I accept cash or pre-paid online bank transfer (bank transfer details forwarded on request) and also credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express
I am fully insured and adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework and respect client confidentiality as paramount.
I also offer:
Shoulder to Shoulder therapy
I provide workshops for individuals and groups
Lead Mindful Meditation groups
I offer day time appointments, have an early evening availability and also one or two weekend appointments.
