About me

I am a qualified BACP Integrative Counsellor offering a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to talk openly. I understand that reaching out for counselling or therapy can feel difficult, so I aim to make the process as supportive and comfortable as possible from the very beginning.

I work in a person-centred counselling approach, meaning our sessions are led by you, your needs, your pace, and your goals. I tailor therapy to each individual, helping you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward. I specialise in:

Trauma counselling and PTSD support
Grief counselling and bereavement support
Childhood trauma and domestic abuse
Narcissistic abuse recovery

I also offer EMDR therapy and Rewind Therapy, both highly effective approaches for processing traumatic experiences and reducing distressing symptoms.

As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches to suit your unique needs. Together, we can explore your thoughts and feelings, build self-awareness, and support you in making meaningful, positive changes.

I am passionate about providing a safe, confidential space where you feel listened to and supported throughout your therapy journey.

My private practice is based in Crewe (CW2, Cheshire). I also provide online counselling across the UK and telephone therapy sessions, offering flexible support wherever you are.

I have first-hand experience of military life, and understand the challenges faced by serving personnel, veterans and military families. I offer informed, sensitive support for those navigating these unique pressures.

If you are looking for counselling in Crewe, online therapy in the UK, or support with trauma, grief, or abuse recovery, please feel free to get in touch. Taking the first step can feel daunting, but you don’t have to face things alone.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
