About me

Hello, I am a psychotherapeutic practitioner working in schools and private practice, supporting children’s social, emotional, mental health development through therapy.

I create a welcoming environment for young people to bring all parts of themselves into the therapeutic space.

I use expressive arts as well as psychodynamic, transpersonal, humanistic and attachment approaches in my work with young people and specialise in neurodiversity, sleep, and trauma. I work in a trauma-responsive and person-centred way.

My work helps individuals bring awareness to their unconscious body–mind system, so they can overcome challenges and move towards more comfortable and harmonious experiences of themselves.

Where the conditions are right, through therapy, a child can enhance their ability to express their thoughts and feelings with open authenticity, and gain the ability to communicate with self-confidence and pride.

I have extensive experience working with young people, families, caregivers, and systems of support around the child - such as school staff, health professionals, sports coaches, local authorities, and more. Where necessary and helpful to the child, I will communicate with figures of support within the child’s support network.

I am on the UKCP EDIB committee and consult charitable organisations on Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (EDIB). I strongly believe this goes hand in hand with supporting children to realise their full potential and placing EDIB at the heart of my private therapy work.

Contact me to arrange an initial consultation for therapy.
