About me

Hello and welcome,

Every counselling journey is unique, and there isn’t always a simple or linear path to healing. Along the way, you may encounter challenges, but I am here to support you through both the highs and the lows. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood because, ultimately, you know yourself better than anyone else. While I maintain a relaxed and open approach, I am also not afraid to challenge you when it's needed, helping you grow and navigate obstacles. I believe in building a strong therapeutic relationship, often incorporating a sense of humor as we move forward together.

I genuinely care about every single one of my clients, past and present. My aim is to help you develop greater self-awareness and confidence within our sessions, so you can carry those skills into the world and apply them confidently in your decisions, actions, and boundaries. It's okay to prioritize yourself, and I’m here to support you in doing so.

As an integrative-trained counsellor, I draw from various therapeutic approaches to suit your individual needs. My specializations include addiction, attachment, and relational issues. I work with individuals, couples, and polycules aged 16 and above, offering both in-person and online sessions. In couple therapy, your connection doesn’t have to be romantic—it could be with a friend, family member, co-worker, or anyone you share a close bond with. Whatever the relationship dynamic, I’m here to help.

Therapy doesn't have to be a long-term commitment; sessions can be as brief as a few weeks or extend over months or years, depending on what works best for you. We’ll work at your pace, in line with your schedule, and with the flexibility you need.

I have extensive experience working with issues related to attachment, relationships, addiction, anxiety, infidelity, LGBTQ+ matters, abandonment, and mental health. This is just a sample of the areas I cover, but there are many more, as the reasons people come to therapy are often rooted in deeper, more complex issues.

Supporting couples has always been a core part of my training. Whether you are navigating romantic, familial, or friendship dynamics, I understand that introducing a therapist into these personal matters can feel daunting. But taking that step is a sign of taking control of your relationship. Couples often come to therapy for a variety of reasons—financial stress, parenting challenges, infidelity, work pressures, or differences of opinion. You’re not alone in facing these issues, and I’m here to guide you both as you work through them. Therapy is not a quick fix, but with mutual commitment, I can help you rebuild trust, communicate more effectively, resolve conflicts, and deepen your understanding of each other.

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand the unique relationship challenges faced by people within this group, whether in coming out or navigating other complex issues.

If you have any questions or would like to know more, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

I look forward to working together and making meaningful changes in your life.

Take care,
Jenna

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
