About me
Jasmine Online Therapies
Online Individual and Couples Therapy with a Specialist Psychological Therapist.
Are you or your partner struggling with communication, trust, or unresolved conflict? Do you feel disconnected in your relationship, or perhaps you are experiencing difficulties in your personal life that are impacting how you relate to others? Whether you are seeking support individually or as a couple, I offer compassionate, professional, and evidence-based therapy online to help you navigate challenges and strengthen the way you connect with yourself and those around you.
As a fully qualified Psychological Therapist and Mental Health Social Worker, I bring over 15 years of experience working within the NHS, charities, and private practice. My passion lies in relational work due to healing and growth rarely occurring in isolation, but through the relationships we build with others and the relationship we nurture within ourselves.
For couples, I help partners recognise unhelpful patterns and feedback loops, deepen understanding of their unique relational dynamics, and develop healthier communication, fostering stronger and more meaningful connections. For individuals, I provide a safe space to explore your own emotional world, identify how past experiences may shape current relationships, and build confidence in navigating challenges both personally and interpersonally.
I specialise in complex relational trauma, alongside having extensive experience supporting those with complex emotional needs and diagnoses such as personality disorders and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). However my integrative approach and training allows me to tailor therapy to a wide range of individual or relational difficulties, including:
✔ Communication breakdowns and conflict resolution
✔ Childhood and adult attachment wounds
✔ Trust and infidelity
✔ Emotional distance and intimacy issues
✔ Adverse childhood experiences, abuse and complex trauma
✔ Stress, anxiety, and external pressures affecting your relationship or personal wellbeing
✔ Parenting challenges and differing values
✔ Balancing work, family, and personal life
✔ Financial stress and disagreements
✔ Loss of connection and affection
✔ Adjusting to life changes or transitions (e.g., moving, career changes, etc.)
✔ Sexual intimacy and desire issues
✔ Mental health challenges individually or within the relationship
✔ Blended families and step-parenting dynamics
✔ Cultural or religious differences
✔ Jealousy and insecurity
✔ Neurodiversity, disability and chronic illness
