About me
Jasmine Online Therapies
Online Couples Therapy with a Specialist Psychological Therapist.
Are you and your partner struggling with communication, trust, or unresolved conflict? Do you feel disconnected and want to rebuild your relationship in a healthier, more fulfilling way? Whether it is your first time accessing therapy or you are looking for a relationship check up, I offer compassionate, professional, and evidence-based couples therapy online to help you navigate challenges together.
As a fully qualified Psychological Therapist and Mental Health Social Worker, I have over 15 years of experience working within the NHS, charities and private practice. I have a deep passion for working with couples and families, understanding that true healing rarely happens in isolation but through nurturing the relationships we build with others and ourselves.
I help couples recognise patterns and develop effective communication by deepening their understanding of unique relational dynamics, fostering stronger and more meaningful connections.
I specialize in working with those with trauma and complex emotional needs, but my integrative approach allows me to tailor treatment to a wide range of relationship difficulties, including:
✔ Communication breakdowns
✔ Conflict resolution
✔ Trust and infidelity
✔ Emotional distance and intimacy issues
✔ Trauma and its impact on relationships
✔ Stress, anxiety, and external pressures affecting your relationship

✔ Adjusting to life changes or transitions (e.g., moving, career changes, etc.)
✔ Sexual intimacy and desire issues
✔ Mental health challenges within the relationship
✔ Blended families and step-parenting dynamics
✔ Cultural or religious differences
