About me
As an integrative therapist, I use a range of therapeutic approaches and tailor our work together to suit you and your individual needs. At the heart of my work is our relationship — I believe that feeling safe, understood, and supported is essential for meaningful and lasting change.
We’ll begin wherever you are, talking about what’s going on in your life and how it’s affecting you and the people around you. Together, we’ll gently explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns of behaviour, helping you build a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships.
Along the way, we can work through difficult experiences, identify areas of your life you’d like to change, and support you in moving toward the life you want for yourself.
In our sessions, we may talk about your early experiences, family relationships, beliefs, cultural background, and important moments that have shaped who you are today. Looking at these parts of your story can help make sense of what you’re feeling and experiencing now.
I see you as a whole person — your thoughts, emotions, body, relationships, sexuality, and sense of meaning in life all matter. You’re welcome to bring whatever feels important to you into the room, and nothing is off limits.
My aim is to offer a space that feels safe, inclusive, confidential, and free from judgement, where you can better understand yourself and feel supported as you work toward the changes you want to make in your life.
Therapy may be short term (typically weekly for up to six months) or longer term depending on your needs. Short term work is often focused on specific issues, while longer term therapy is more suitable for deeper, longstanding issues. Sessions are usually once a week at a regular time and day.
Therapy can help with a range of issues, including:
- Relationship difficulties - forming or maintaining healthy relationship, recurring conflicts, or patterns of destructive relationships

- Work related stress - burnout, communication issues, lack of direction, or low confidence
- Depression and emotional emptiness
- Anxiety and panic attacks - including difficulties with concentration, overwhelm, constant worry
- Sleep issues - insomnia, nightmares, or disrupted sleep
- Eating disorders - anorexia, bulimia, or disordered eating patterns
- Self-harming behaviours, phobias, or obsessive thoughts

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
