About me

I am a qualified counsellor, experienced and registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). My work is supervised in accordance with their professional requirements and covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance.

What ever your reason for seeking counselling, I offer a confidential safe space for you to unburden and feel heard. My ethos is to respond to your individual needs, anxieties and distress providing the right conditions in which to work through your concerns.

I am experienced in working with survivors of traumatic events and the long term effects on mental well being.

I have trained and qualified as an integrative counsellor, clinical hypnotherapist and trauma therapist. I use a combination of these models to best tailor the therapy to your specific needs.

The relationship between counsellor and client is important to the work that takes place. I offer a free initial consultation of 30 mins with a no obligation to proceed. In this time we can discuss your needs and if working together is right for you.

My private counselling service is based in Hemel Hempstead, which is easily accessible from Berkhamstead, St Albans, Harpenden, Chesham, Bovingdon, Kings Langley, Apsley, Watford, and is in walking distance of Apsley train station which is on the main line between London Euston and Milton Keynes.
