About me
Perhaps you've spent a long time coping on your own. From the outside, things may appear fine, but inside you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or exhausted by the same patterns and difficulties. Whatever has brought you here, therapy can provide a space where you no longer have to carry it alone.
I offer a warm, confidential, and non-judgemental environment where you can speak openly about what is troubling you. Together, we can explore your experiences, gain a deeper understanding of the challenges you are facing, and work towards meaningful and lasting change.
With over 16 years of experience within the NHS and more than 10 years in private practice, I have supported individuals and couples through a wide range of emotional, psychological, and relationship difficulties. Alongside my clinical work, I currently hold a senior NHS leadership position as Referrals and Care Pathways Lead, working with complex presentations and helping to shape pathways of care for individuals with diverse mental health needs.
My experience has taught me that every person is unique. There is no single approach that works for everyone, which is why I tailor therapy to your individual needs, goals, and circumstances.
My approach is integrative and psychoanalytically informed. This means we may explore how past experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns continue to influence your life today, while also focusing on practical ways to create positive change in the present. I draw from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Psychodynamic Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Person-Centred Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Transactional Analysis, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
I work with a broad range of difficulties, including:
• Anxiety and stress
• Depression and low mood
• Trauma and PTSD
• Low self-esteem and confidence
• Relationship and intimacy difficulties
• Bereavement and loss
• Identity and life-transition issues
• Work-related stress and burnout
• Anger management difficulties
• Obsessions and compulsive behaviours
• Eating-related difficulties
• Substance misuse and addiction concerns
• Physical, emotional, and psychological abuse
I also have extensive experience working with more complex and longstanding difficulties, including relational trauma, safeguarding concerns, forensic histories, and complex emotional presentations.
Whether you are seeking short-term focused therapy or longer-term exploratory work, I aim to provide a supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and empowered to make the changes that matter to you.
I offer therapy in English, Italian, and Spanish, with sessions available in Wallington and London Bridge.
Finding the right therapist is an important decision. If you would like to arrange an initial consultation or discuss whether therapy with me might be right for you, I would be happy to hear from you.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
