About me
I am an experienced counsellor having worked as a GP Practice Counsellor in the NHS and in pastoral care and counselling in the private sector and in public and third sector organisations, I bring the wealth of over thirty years experience to supporting you.
I work with adults, couples and families with such issues as: relationship breakdown; marriage issues; low self-esteem; trauma deriving from family backgrounds and other crises, including war-related trauma and critical incidents; fears and anxiety; anger issues; addictions; depression; bereavement, disappointment and loss.
If you are looking for a safe space to explore and current or past personal challenges you are most welcome to get in touch. I offer a 30-minute free introductory online call to see what you need and agree on the next steps.
I originally trained in Person-Centred counselling and now use an integrative approach, appropriate to what individuals or couples bring.
