About me

Sometimes it can feel very hard to see a way forward, to imagine living with less anxiety or depression, or to understand why you feel stuck, blocked, or unable to make changes.

At times, past experiences can leave you feeling helpless or numb.

I am an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor offering therapy in both English and Mandarin, working face-to-face in Hertfordshire (including St Albans, Harpenden, Hatfield and the surrounding areas) as well as online worldwide.

Over the years, I have supported people through a wide range of challenges, including relationship difficulties, major life transitions, bereavement, depression, addiction, and simply feelings of being low, stuck, and overwhelmed.

I am neurodiversity-informed, with additional training in ADHD and autism. I support clients in exploring the emotional impact of diagnosis, building self-understanding, and making sense of patterns that may be linked to neurodiversity.

I work with you as a whole person, helping you explore what may be happening beneath the surface and how past experiences, patterns, or beliefs might be influencing you now.

My approach is thoughtful and collaborative. Rather than giving advice, I support you in reflecting on your experiences from new perspectives, so you can better understand yourself and feel clearer about what you may wish to change. Therapy moves at your pace, offering a calm, confidential space where you can speak openly and feel heard.

My aim is to help you develop greater understanding, confidence, and resilience, so you can move forward with clarity and a stronger sense of self.
