About me

I am a qualified psychotherapist and clinical hypnotherapist with over 15 years experience.

I specialise in working with Addiction, Trauma, Depression and Anxiety.

I am a fellow of the National Society of Talking Therapies and registered with the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy (UKCP). I trained at the highest accredited training provider for counselling and psychotherapy in the country.

My employment background is in the voluntary and public sectors working with adults needing help for alcohol and drug dependency. I have worked with Alcohol and Drug services, mental health teams and homelessness projects and the criminal justice services across the North West and London for over 20 years. I have extensive experience working with people who have experienced trauma in their life and wanting to break this cycle.

I enjoy working with a range of clients and feel my work background gives me a unique perspective into my psycho-therapeutic practice.

The human mind and body is a fascinating and a hugely powerful tool. It is the way we apply ourselves that determines the quality of life that we lead. Through a combination of hypnotherapy, counselling, psychotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques, I will work with you to ensure that we get the best possible outcome in the most effective way for you.

I offer a friendly and confidential service. I believe strongly that we all have a capacity to achieve our goals and are able to overcome issues and obstacles that have arisen recently or been with us since childhood.

I work face to face, online and over the telephone so whichever medium is best for you. I can be there.
