About me
I am an integrative counsellor and offer face-to-face as well as telephone/online counselling. My approach is to combine various techniques and approaches to create a personalised plan for you. Everyone is unique and fluid in their needs and, with this in mind, I provide a flexible and holistic approach which explores an individual’s feelings and thoughts. My work includes issues around anxiety, self-esteem, relationship problems, chronic pain, loss and grief, and issues around motivation and goal setting.
