Helen-Melissa Crew, Registered MBACP, BA (Hons) Counsellor & Psychotherapist
Hello and welcome to Helen-Melissa Counselling.
During this time of change, I am continuing to support clients by moving to confidential online video-chat or telephone sessions.
Are you feeling anxious or stressed? Is life feeling overwhelming or too challenging? Perhaps you are needing help to overcome anxiety, panic attacks, depression, are suffering low self-confidence or are experiencing relationship, family or work difficulties?
Whatever your reason for counselling, whether it's big or small...get in touch to see how I can help.
I am a fully qualified, Registered BACP Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I work with both individuals and couples and I offer the professional support you need when change feels too difficult to achieve alone.
As a counsellor, I provide a supportive and confidential therapy service. I will draw upon a range of different therapy models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) depending on your individual needs. In this way you can hope to gain the most from therapy and achieve real results which stay with you.

- Panic Disorder
- Generalised Anxiety Disorder
- Relationship Issues
- Family Issues

- Feeling Sad
- Low Self-esteem
