About me

Many people face a variety of challenges in their lives that can significantly impact their well-being. For some, this may manifest as anxiety, which can create overwhelming feelings of worry and unease, or, if you are dealing with depression, characterised by persistent sadness and a lack of interest or pleasure in daily activities. Additionally, if you are grappling with the effects of past trauma, which can lead to flashbacks, emotional distress, and difficulties in forming trusting relationships. In counselling, I aim to provide a supportive environment where clients can explore these issues in depth.

I specialise in providing personalised counselling services that cater to the unique needs of clients. My approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, allowing individuals to feel safe and supported throughout their journey.

I foster a deep sense of empathy to create a welcoming and supportive environment by actively listening and understanding unique experiences and emotions, where trust is built, making it easier for you to feel comfortable seeking guidance and support in your journey towards personal growth and healing.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a fully qualified, accredited registrant counsellor.

As an integrative counsellor, I utilise a blend of therapeutic approaches to best meet the unique needs of my clients. This means I draw from various methods, including cognitive-behavioural therapy, person-centred approach, and psychodynamic principles, allowing me to address the emotional, psychological, and situational factors that influence a person's well-being.

My experience - I have a strong background in supporting both teens and adults who are navigating the challenges of anxiety, depression and trauma focused and childhood trauma. My experience allows me to connect deeply with individuals in crisis, offering guidance and understanding during their most difficult times.
