About me

I am an experienced Psychodynamic Psychotherapist working in Harrogate, Northallerton and online.

You may be struggling with depression, anxiety, or low self esteem. You might be dealing with a specific issue, such as family issues, a relationship challenge,  a tough decision, or dealing with the effects of trauma or loss. Alternatively, you might feel a general sense of dissatisfaction, even when everything in your life appears to be going well on the surface.

As a qualified psychotherapist, registered with UKCP and FPC I am dedicated to offering a non-judgemental, private and confidential space where you will be listened to and you can bring whatever is distressing you.

My approach to sessions is exploratory. I invite you to talk about whatever feels significant to you, and together, we'll explore and make sense of what's happening.

The origins of our difficulties often lie in the past. We tend to repeat patterns learned from our earliest relationships, even when they no longer serve us. These repeated patterns can influence the dynamics and quality of our relationships, impact our performance at work, and shape how we navigate daily life.

I offer weekly time-limited and open-ended therapy.

Next steps

I understand that starting therapy may feel daunting. If you would like to explore if you would find therapy helpful, I offer a free 10-minute telephone consultation.
