About me
I am a trauma‑informed counsellor offering individual and relationship therapy in the Grimsby area, online or in person. I value curiosity and specialise in somatic psychotherapy with a gentle, consent‑based approach that welcomes difference and diversity. By exploring your inner experience and the wider systems around you, we make sense of what’s happening in your relationships and support the return of your own grounded empowerment.
My space is safe, cosy and collaborative. You choose the direction, and together we build your comfort with your needs, boundaries and the knowledge your already hold.
I am a registered Relationship Counsellor with COSRT and an individual member of BACP. Working integratively allows me to draw from several therapeutic models and adapt the work to your unique needs. I also hold a Master’s Degree in Contemporary Relationship Studies, where I explored how our early systems shape the ways we relate.
Individual counselling sessions cost £40 and Couples counselling sessions cost £50.
