About me
At times in life, many of us experience stress, anxiety, depression, relationship or sexual issues. I offer a safe and confidential space in which to speak freely without fear of judgement. I believe that difficulties in the present may relate to earlier experiences and that understanding the causes of these, can relieve stress and facilitate change.
I’m an experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist and psychosexual and relationship therapist. I see individuals and couples in person in a comfortable therapy practice close Victoria Station in London SW1 within easy reach of Pimlico, Chelsea, Westminster and other areas of central London.
I also offer online sessions via Zoom.
If you'd like to find out more, please text, email, or visit my website and we can arrange a call at a convenient time for you.
All enquiries are normally answered within 24 hours and are confidential.

I've worked for The Royal College of Art and The Royal Drawing School as a student counsellor as well as in the NHS with individuals and couples.
I am an accredited member of The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and a member of College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT). I am subject to codes of ethics and practice of these bodies.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
COSRT is the UK’s leading membership organisation for therapists specialising in sexual and relationship issues.
All members must abide by their Code of Ethics and the performance of accredited members is regularly monitored.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
