About me

A space for the women who have dimmed themselves to survive or belong, and are ready to reclaim their wild, dream filled fully alive selves again.

Do you ever feel like you're living a life that looks fine on the outside but it just doesn’t feel like it fits you or belongs to you anymore?

From the outside, maybe it seems like your life works. But on the inside, you feel disconnected from yourself, you edited yourself to survive, belong or stay safe.

Over time, through learnt belief systems, trauma, expectations, motherhood, relationships, social pressure, or simply trying to belong, you learned to shrink parts of who you are.

You became adaptable, responsible and capable. But you feel like you’re suffocating in your own life. Somewhere along the way you stopped feeling the fire inside of you and instead, you feel like you’re living on autopilot, disconnected from who you really are.

Maybe inside, a part of you knows there's more. More freedom, more truth, more aliveness. A life that feels chosen, not one you fell into or were shaped into, and a life you don't feel the need to constantly escape from.

A Unique Fusion of Psychology, Coaching & Deep Healing

I’m Georgia, a trauma informed therapist and coach working at the intersection of grounded psychology and intentional, freedom-led living. I work with women to deeply understand themselves and create internal safety to question the script, untangle who they became from who they are, and build a life that feels chosen instead of expected.

My approach blends the roots of trauma informed counselling with the soul of identity based coaching. Using my background as an experienced therapist, my personal lived experience and deep nervous system work that goes beyond the surface, we can begin to peel back the layers of who you had to become, so you can reconnect with who you truly are.

 Together we:

  • Explore the patterns keeping you in a life that no longer fits
  • Regulate your nervous system to support real, lasting change
  • Rewrite limiting beliefs and internal narratives
  • Reconnect with your body, emotions, and authentic self
  • Reclaim your voice, needs, and boundaries
  • Discover what you actually want, beyond expectations, roles, and conditioning
  • Turn the inner critic into calm, and compassionate self talk instead
  • Create a life that reflects who you are, not who you were told to be.
  • Understand how belief systems and past experiences shaped your identity.

This work is for you if:

  •  You feel like you don’t quite fit ‘the mould’
  • You feel disconnected from your true self, your desires, or your direction
  • You often feel you are “too much” or “not enough”
  • You are tired of just coping and want to feel fully alive
  • You’re functioning on the outside but feel internally misaligned
  • You want both grounded psychological depth and soulful, expansive growth.
  •  You question whether the life you’re living is actually yours.
  • You feel guilty or unrealistic for wanting more
  • You know there is more to life but don’t know how to access it
  • You’re ready to stop shrinking and start living in a way that actually feels like you

If that resonates, I offer a safe, grounded and supportive space for you to soften your nervous system, gently unravel the layers of your identity, and reconnect with the wild, authentic parts of yourself.

This isn’t about becoming someone new, its about reclaiming who you were before the world told you to edit yourself

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, low self worth, burnout, addiction, autism or ADHD, carrying past trauma or PTSD / CPTSD, depression, or struggling with patterns like people pleasing, overthinking, low self confidence, this safe space is here for you.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
