About me
My personal life journey and development as a psychotherapist are rooted in my experience and understanding of the world and the self within it. I am lucky to have assimilated a rich tapestry of international experience, having lived in many countries and being multilingual. This has deepened my understanding of diverse cultures and the unique challenges that come with integrating new values into one’s identity. It also allows me to approach therapy with openness and sensitivity to the intricacies of intersectionality and personal growth.
My integrative approach combines elements of several therapeutic modalities, which allows me to tailor my work to meet the specific needs of each client. My practice is based in West London, and I also offer online sessions.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist, with extensive experience working with adults who face a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, self-esteem, loss, and life transitions.
You can expect a safe, non-judgmental environment where curiosity is encouraged, and compassion is at the forefront. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process—one that involves mutual trust and respect.
I offer a warm, supportive environment where you can move at your own pace, explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and feel empowered to make new choices. Building a relationship based on mutual trust is central to my work, helping you gain confidence and trust in yourself as you navigate your personal journey.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
