Integrative Psychotherapist/Clinical Supervisor MBACP DCouns

About me

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected in your relationship, or carrying grief that feels like losing a part of yourself, you’re not alone. I support people navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, identity questions, masking, and the lingering effects of past experiences. My lived experience of neurodivergence (ADHD and Autism) helps me meet each person with genuine understanding and respect for the many ways we move through the world.

I’m particularly interested in helping you make sense of both the emotional and physical symptoms of stress, distress, and trauma — whether that shows up as headaches, fatigue, digestive issues, or tension held in the body. I offer integrative psychotherapy that works with both mind and body, supporting a whole-person approach to healing. Equipping you with the tools to navigate life moving forward.

With over nine years’ experience across a range of settings and with diverse clients, I aim to provide a safe, confidential space where you can talk freely and be heard without judgment or pressure. Together, we’ll explore what you need, ease the weight of what’s been holding you back, and find a way forward that feels right for you — at your pace, and in a way that supports who you’re becoming.

I offer therapy and supervision in the following formats:

Face-to-Face Sessions: Willyams House, 63B Fore Street, St Columb Major, TR9 6AJ.

Online: via Google Meets or WhatsApp, providing flexible access to support wherever you are located.

Telephone: A convenient option for those who prefer audio-only interaction.

Outdoor Sessions: For those who find benefit in a more natural setting, I also offer outdoor sessions. Being in nature can support a greater sense of calm and clarity, enhancing the reflective process in a less formal environment

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
