About me

I am an integrative therapist offering online therapy and counselling across the UK. I work relationally, which means the therapeutic relationship itself is central to how I work, not just the issues you bring. My approach is collaborative, warm and non-judgmental, and I draw on psychodynamic thinking to explore how earlier experiences and patterns continue to shape your thoughts, feelings and relationships today.

I offer a confidential space where you can slow down, make sense of what is happening, and begin to find your way through. Whether something has brought you to a crisis point or a sense that something needs to change, you are welcome here.

I particularly enjoy working with:

  • People who had a difficult childhood and are beginning to understand how those early experiences are still showing up in their life today.
  • Individuals who find themselves exhausted, anxious, or held back by perfectionism and the pressure to hold everything together.
  • People at a crossroads in their relationship, not sure whether to stay or go, and needing space to think it through without judgement.
  • Young adults exploring identity, sexuality or spirituality looking for a therapist who will meet them with openness.
  • New and expectant parents navigating the disorienting shift that children bring: the joy, the loss of self, the sleepless nights, the toddler who won't cooperate.
  • Anyone carrying anxiety and the stuck feeling of old patterns that keep repeating themselves.

This list isn't exhaustive. If something resonates in how I have described my approach, please get in touch.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a PGDip in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent's University London and am currently completing an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy there. I am also a registered member of the BACP (register number 419590).

My training is integrative, drawing on psychodynamic, humanistic and relational approaches, with experience working with adults on a range of presenting issues including anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, identity, trauma and chronic illness.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
