- **One and a Half Hour Session:** £130

Please remember, paying in advance is completely optional and not a requirement. I understand that everyone's learning journey is unique. The number of sessions required can vary greatly from person to person, influenced by factors such as the duration of the issue, personal effort, and any past experiences you may have encountered.
As a general guideline, many individuals begin to feel significant improvements and gain a clearer understanding of their challenges by the sixth session. However, it’s important to keep in mind that the average number of sessions can range from 6 to 16, depending on your specific situation and needs.
