I am able to undertake both short and long term counselling and CBT dependent on each individual's needs. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and I adhere to their codes of ethics.
