UKCP Accred. Transpersonal & Integrative Psychotherapist

About me

I offer a free discovery call where we can talk about the issues you are facing and how therapy can help with your relationships, life challenges, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem.

Therapy is not just for moments of crisis. Have you wondered why certain patterns seem to keep repeating in your life, no matter how much effort you put into changing them? What if those patterns were rooted in early childhood experiences ?

May be you feel not goof enough and this self-fulfilling prophecy ruin another chance at romantic relationship? Maybe you are good looking and successful, but after few weeks in relationship feel trapped. Maybe you are married, but feel alone?

Today we know that our attachment styles in adulthood  are influenced by the way how our parents cared for us. Learning about attachment styles during the therapy  can be true eye-opener. The first step is to understand your specific needs in relationships and who will be able, or unable to meet those needs.

During the therapy,  we can focus on the patterns, beliefs and deep-seated feelings that are driving our behaviour, we can begin to put work towards becoming the most authentic versions of ourselves and fulfilling our potential.

As a qualified counsellor and clinical psychotherapist, I use a range of methods and approaches to fit your personality, preferences and situation with the intention that through this work, you will discover your own answers to life many challenges.

Taking your first step into therapy is bold sign of strength and the beginning of your journey to wonderful healing.

My approach

My sessions are rooted in integrative Psychotherapy which combines different therapeutic tools and provides for a flexible approach I can tailor to an individual's unique neds. I am interested in mindfulness and meditation as tools that encourage us to become aware of our experiences, thoughts and feelings. I bring playfulness and creativity into the therapy room by using sand trays, spirit guides and dream work. I use intuitive and creative powers as methods of self-expression to make sense of that which is painful, to create personal meaning and to enhance wellness.
