About me

Sometimes  it is not enough to speak with a friend or a family member. You are not alone. When I started my own therapy, it  changed my life and now I want to help other people.

I decided to train as a therapist later in life after experiencing chronic back pain. Through therapy I discovered that the root cause of my back pain was emotional. This experience made me interested in psychosomatic symptoms like back pain, migraines, fibromyalgia and various types of skin issues.

Therefore, I trained to help clients with depression, panic disorder, anxiety, anger management, relational problems and other difficulties that bring people to therapy.

For me therapy is about feeling good. We all encounter challenges in daily life, because we are vulnerable human beings, but therapy can change how we feel. It can be deeply meaningful and inspirational experience.

I offer a free discovery call where we can talk about the issues you are facing and how therapy can help.

My sessions are rooted in Integrative Psychotherapy  which combines different therapeutic tools and provides for a flexible approach I can tailor to an individual's unique needs. I use a range of methods and approaches to fit your personality, preferences and situation with the intention that, through this work, you will discover true self and begin to find your own answers to life's many challenges.

Taking your first step into therapy is bold sign of strength and the beginning of your journey to wonderful healing.
