About me
Does your relationship need help?
Are you an individual suffering with Anxiety? Depression? Low self-esteem?
I can provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore the distress you're feeling.
I specialise in Relationship/Couples Counselling. If you feel like your relationship is struggling, I can help to identify and strengthen the weaker parts. Conflict is the number one reason that couples seek therapy, and I will provide tools to help navigate disagreements. I can help if there has been an affair or betrayal which has severed trust. Or if there is an addiction or dependence which acts like the third person in the relationship. Therapy with me will enable you to learn what can make your relationship thrive.
I work with individual's suffering PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, low confidence and low self esteem. If you feel like the past needs processing, I will support you in going there. If you struggle with the day-to-day, I will provide a place to unpack and explore the issues. I work pluralistically, creating a personalised treatment plan that focuses on each individual client.
