About me
Our sessions are a space where you can shamelessly express yourself and explore your desires, questions, fears and needs. No topic is off the charts and this is your time to be unapologetically you. Whether you’re feeling stuck, navigating relationship challenges or seeking clarity about life’s complexities, our sessions are a space to go deep within and make sense of who you are, what you go through and how to move forward.
With a central focus on relationships and intimacy, I help individuals and couples navigate the often-stormy waters of relationships — where unresolved childhood trauma, self-sabotaging beliefs, and communication breakdowns can create painful emotional rifts. Together, we can uncover how these patterns impact your relationships, understand the role you play and create a path to meaningful, satisfying connections.
I have particular experience working with men who want to rebuild their relationships and become better partners by enhancing their understanding of female psychology and the interplay between masculine and feminine dynamics.
While I may challenge you to expand your perspective, the essence of our work is helping you feel truly at home within yourself and create the life and relationships you truly desire.
Life is a journey of many seasons. Sometimes we might benefit from someone to openly talk to, other times we need someone to challenge us to grow. Whether you’re looking for a compassionate ear, a thought-provoking new perspective or a nudge to grow, I’m here to support you in reconnecting with your inner wisdom, as you find your way back to your heart.

As an integrative psychotherapist and coach, I blend academic insight with creativity, humour and a focus on your unique strengths. My approach combines:
- Person-Centered Therapy: Honoring your individuality and meeting you where you are.
- Psychodynamic Therapy: Exploring how past experiences shape your present.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Offering practical tools to manage challenges.
- Existential Therapy: Helping you navigate life’s deeper questions and transitions.
Drawing from Positive Psychology, I encourage clients to discover their innate strengths and live with greater meaning and fulfilment — not by striving to become “who they should be”, but by amplifying the gifts they already possess and honour who they already are.
My expertise in Psychosexual studies and Couples therapy allows me to guide individuals and couples through a wide range of relational issues, from rebuilding intimacy to navigating conflict with compassion. Through the lens of Coaching Psychology, I aim to make our sessions actionable and empowering, moving beyond healing and helping you achieve tangible growth.
As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I uphold the highest ethical standards in our work together, ensuring a safe environment for your journey.
Whether we’re addressing anxiety, relational challenges or the pursuit of self-discovery, I believe therapy should be a space where wisdom meets compassion — and even the toughest conversations are held with kindness, ease and an open heart.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
