About me

I have been working as a Drama & Movement Therapist since 2003. I qualified with an MA from Central School of Speech and Drama in London.  Since qualifying I have worked in special needs schools across London. I have a private practice as an Adult & Young Persons Therapist, a Clinical Supervisor and a Couple's Therapist.

I work with people of the LGBTQI+ community and anyone who chooses to express themselves outside of the hetero - normative framework. I have plenty of professional and personal experience working with neuro-diversity in people and the challenges posed by living in a society that sometimes struggles to widens its lens.

My work is underpinned by Jungian Theory and Depth Psychology as well as my personal experience as a shamanic practitioner and a spiritual mentor. I tailor my sessions according to the requirements of the person and am highly skilled in using creative and body-based approaches to work with preverbal trauma or trauma that may be difficult to talk about.

I have trained in the CATT (Children's' Accelerated Trauma Treatment) model and can work with PTSD symptoms in individuals, both adult and young people.

Sometimes, working with an issue through the metaphor can elicit greater insight and transformation than using words. In my work with you, I will encourage exploration of your dreams as part of our work together.
