About me

If you’ve spent years feeling like your brain works differently — like you’re always playing catch-up, masking who you really are, or trying to fit into systems that were never designed for you — you’re in exactly the right place.

I’m Delia, a therapist with over 10 years of experience, and my work is dedicated entirely to supporting neurodivergent people: those with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, sensory processing differences, or any combination of the above. I also work with people who suspect they may be neurodivergent but are still finding the words for it.

My approach is warm, direct, and genuinely practical. Clients often tell me they’re surprised by how easy it is to open up — I’m told I have a knack for making difficult conversations feel surprisingly manageable (occasionally even enjoyable). I bring real enthusiasm to this work because I find people’s minds genuinely fascinating, and I believe neurodivergent ways of thinking are a profound strength, not a problem to be fixed.

Alongside my private practice, I am an in-house Work Wellness Coach working exclusively with neurodivergent employees at one of the world’s largest and most recognisable companies. That experience has given me a toolkit of real-world, practical strategies that go well beyond the therapy room. If you’re navigating work, burnout, executive function, relationships, or identity, I can offer both the emotional depth and the hands-on tools to help.

My counselling is humanistic at its core — meaning you are always the expert on your own life — and informed by Jungian psychology, which brings a deeper lens to identity, pattern, and the unconscious. For neurodivergent clients, this combination can be especially powerful: we work with who you actually are, not who the world has told you to be.

Sessions are available online and in person in PO19 and SW1. If any of this resonates, I’d love to hear from you — a first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
