About me

Hello and thank you for visiting my profile.

Modern living can take its toll and often we feel anxious, low or distressed.  Sometimes this can mean that the support we receive from family and friends is just not enough. This is when counselling can help.

I offer a safe and confidential space when it may feel as though no one understands how you feel and how you feel doesn't make sense. I can provide that extra support.

Whatever your concerns, you are now looking at the benefit of getting professional help. I am a qualified counsellor and have experience working with a diverse range of people who have come to therapy with a host of different concerns, from exam stress and bullying to depression and sexual abuse. I work with adults and young people from 14+. We are all unique, as are our issues, and whatever your concerns are I can help.

I will work with you to create a trusting relationship where we can begin to explore those thoughts and feelings freely without fear of judgement. I offer caring therapy with careful listening and respect. Finding ways to improve well-being is central to how I work.

I understand that deciding whether you would like to try counselling or choosing a counsellor can be a difficult process, so please do contact me if you would like to talk about making this important decision.

If you would like to arrange an initial introductory session, or you would like to call me for a brief chat about what I offer please telephone me on 07525892700 or you can email me.

I would be happy to hear from you.
