Further information

I offer an empathetic space for clients to explore their inner world, and I help them to extract meaning from that inner world. In a non-judgemental environment, I enable the therapeutic relationship to develop and grow - I am here to walk with you on your journey inwards.

Having worked in a hospice setting for several years, I have developed a deep compassion and understanding of, the thoughts and feelings people experience in grief. I have found that expressing those thoughts and feelings can have a positive effect on assisting someone through bereavement and loss. In a variety of other settings, I have also worked with Depression, Anxiety and Low Self Esteem/Self Worth.

Through the process of counselling my clients have rediscovered themselves, understood where their challenges came from and developed their meaning and purpose of life.
