About me
If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, fearful or lost it may be time to speak to someone? It may be that you are facing a specific challenge, things have just become too much, or you just don’t feel heard or seen. It may be that you are telling everyone “I’m ok” but you know that’s not quite right.
Finding the right person to work with is a daunting process so I offer a free initial phone call to help.
About me
I am a fully trained integrative therapist working with adults.
This means I draw from several different approaches to suit your needs, and we would work together at your pace in a confidential and safe way where we can make sense of what is going on. I work face-to-face or online.
I have extensive experience of working with people in various high-pressure circumstances, and my calm and patient approach means you are assured of the most supportive environment.
Please see below for a list of some of the areas I support. No issue is too big or small.
What to do next
I offer a no obligation, free phone call so we can get a feel for whether we are the right fit for each other.
This initial meeting will last approximately 15 minutes, is designed to provide you with the opportunity to ask questions and, most importantly to make sure you feel comfortable with me and my environment. Following on from this I offer an initial 50-minute session during which we explore your issue further and after that you decide how you wish to move forward with no obligation from me.
If you feel that I might be someone you would like to work with, I’d love to hear from you. And if not, I wish you all the best in finding the support you need.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
