About me
Hello and welcome. I’m a qualified pluralistic Psychotherapist offering a fully online service.
At the heart of my approach lies empathy and compassion, recognising that it can often be difficult to extend these same qualities toward ourselves. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are—without judgement—while offering the respect, sensitivity, and understanding that each individual deserves.
As a pluralistic therapist, I blend a variety of therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and psychodynamic approaches. This allows me to craft a personalised treatment plan that speaks directly to your individual needs. By drawing on this rich mix of techniques, I can provide the most tailored support, honoring the complexity and uniqueness of your journey.
Training, qualifications & experience
I attended Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh where I gained an advanced diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. As part of this qualification I attended a work placement of over 100 hours with the LCCC. My experience has been majority private client work on a counselling platform, totalling approximately 1,000 hours to date. I am also committed to Continuous Professional Development to ensure that I am in up to date with therapeutic approaches.
