About me
Welcome!
I’m a qualified, online-only pluralistic Psychotherapist, here to support you offering the flexibility to accommodate even the busiest schedule.
At the heart of my work is empathy and compassion. I know it can be difficult to show yourself the same kindness you might offer to others, and my goal is to meet you exactly where you are—without judgement. Being alone with emotions like anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem can amplify confusion and uncertainty—not just about where they come from, but also about how to approach them. The task of understanding and managing these emotions can often feel overwhelming on its own, and we can tackle these together.
Therapy isn’t just about solving problems; it’s about unlocking the potential for real change and growth. As a pluralistic therapist, I blend different approaches like cognitive-behavioural, humanistic, and psychodynamic methods to create a treatment plan that’s uniquely tailored to you. Whether you're looking for practical tools to manage stress or a deeper understanding of your inner world, where emotions are coming from and how to translate them together we’ll work on helping you move forward in a way that feels meaningful and lasting.
If you’re ready to take the next step toward feeling more aligned with who you are and who you want to be, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Training, qualifications & experience
I attended Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh where I gained an advanced diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. As part of this qualification I attended a work placement of over 100 hours with the LCCC. My experience has been majority private client work on a counselling platform, totalling approximately 2,300 hours to date. I am also committed to Continuous Professional Development to ensure that I am in up to date with therapeutic approaches.
