About us

Sometimes we find ourselves going down the same blind alleys...

Falling down the same holes...

Getting stuck on the same loops…

Sometimes it’s hard to make the changes we’d like...

Fear, doubt and anxiety... these things can stop us connecting with the people we should feel close to.

But you're here, now, reading this… and that's a step.

Making contact is next.

You can do this by text, email, call… whatever you prefer.

Counselling And Therapy Scotland (CATS) is a counselling service based in the west end of Glasgow.

Our three fully-qualified therapists have a total of thirty years' experience of facilitating change with adults, children, young people and couples in a wide range of issues.

CATS also offers a specialist trauma-informed counselling service, providing support and the prospect of real change after the pain of past events and the ongoing problems in living which may have felt overwhelming.

In a safe, non-judgmental environment we can acknowledge the pain of the past, or whatever you need to look at… we can do this together… and together we can seek a future more like the one you would choose for your Self.

All our counsellors are registered with professional bodies, holding relevant counselling qualifications and are experienced in the various specialist services offered.
