Counselling And Therapy Scotland is a professional counselling service based in the west end of Glasgow.
Our fully-qualified experienced therapists have a total of thirty years' experience of facilitating change with adults, children, young people and couples in a wide range of issues.
We offer specialised psychodynamic therapy or EMDR Therapy . Working with couples, children or individuals whatever suits your needs and gets you to the place you want to be .
For anxiety, low self esteem or work stress we offer experienced help.
For phobias , panic attacks, emotional abuse or Trauma the best solution we have found is our EMDR service which provides a proven and effective way to work on these difficulties.
We also have a team of children counsellors who specialise in working with children from 2 till late teens .
Our specialist trauma-informed counselling service, providing support and the prospect of real change after the pain of past events and the ongoing problems in living which may have felt overwhelming.

COSCA Counsellor Accreditation is a pathway to entry onto the UKRC.
It is a requirement of all individual and organisational members of COSCA to abide by its Statement of Ethics and Code of Practice and be accountable to the Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
