About me
Queer Sex & Relationship Therapy.
Embarking on therapy for the first time can feel daunting, especially when navigating the deeply personal terrain of sex and relationships. Taking the first step is often the most difficult part, but within that initial apprehension lies the profound potential for transformation and healing.
I provide Couples Therapy and individual counselling in a confidential, non-judgmental space to explore your desires, confront challenges, rewrite old patterns and cultivate a relationship with yourself and others that is authentically fulfilling.
As a psychosexual and relationship therapist, I specialise in Gender, Sex, and Relationship Diversity (GSRD), with a particular focus on intersectionality and LGBTQIA+ communities. I am a Clinical Sexologist (PG Dip) and a registered member of COSRT (College of Sex and Relationship Therapists). I have regular clinical supervision and my work is governed by the COSRT Code of Ethics.
I am also a qualified Yoga teacher, graduating from the 200hr MoreYoga Teacher Training programme in 2021. My Yoga practice allows me to integrate somatic awareness into my therapeutic work, which can aid the mind-body connection for greater wellbeing in sexual expression and pleasure.
Your journey is as individual as you are. I offer a flexible, tailor-made approach that evolves alongside you, taking a comprehensive view of your wellbeing by acknowledging the interconnected parts of your identity and experience.

Further information
Being a child of first-generation immigrants from Hong Kong and growing up bi-cultural, I have always been aware of the impact which race and intersectionality can have on our sexual identity and expression. Our cultural heritage, religion, social class/background, the education system, family dynamics and our physical and mental health can all make us live by narratives and internal scripts which might not be in total alignment with the true expression of who we are, especially in terms of our sexuality and gender identity.
I am a lifelong Yogi, having started my practice over 15 years ago in 2010. Yoga has allowed me to witness first-hand the benefits to mental health and physical wellbeing that Yoga, meditation and breathwork can bring. Yoga teaches us the importance of balance in all aspects of our lives. The union of mind and body is at the heart of Yogic practice and somatic awareness, which is often the pathway to authentic sexual expression and pleasure.
