Using an integrative approach including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person Centred Counselling and Systemic Relationship Therapy, I can provide a safe, secure, confidential and non-judgmental environment for clients to talk through their issues with someone who will provide empathy and understanding, and work with them to overcome and resolve whatever is troubling them. I have a specialism in relationship counselling, weight management and helping people overcome anxiety when dealing with life limiting medical conditions.
