About me

Using an integrative approach including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person Centred Counselling and Systemic Relationship Therapy, I can provide a safe, secure, confidential and non-judgmental environment for clients to talk through their issues with someone who will provide empathy and understanding, and work with them to overcome and resolve whatever is troubling them.  I have a specialism in relationship counselling, weight management and helping people overcome anxiety when dealing with life limiting medical conditions.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
