About me
Hi, I’m Christian.
A lot of the men I work with aren’t in crisis, they’re functioning. Working, showing up, getting on with life. But underneath, something feels off. Disconnected. Flat. Like you’re going through the motions rather than actually living.
You might struggle to put words to it. Maybe you’ve tried therapy before and understood things intellectually, but nothing really changed. Or maybe this is the first time you’ve even considered talking to someone, because pushing on has stopped working.
My work focuses on helping men reconnect with themselves, not just talking about life, but experiencing it differently. Insight is useful, but on its own it doesn’t create lasting change. Therapy needs to be felt, integrated, and lived.
I don’t offer a one-size-fits-all approach. Some men want structure and clarity. Others need space to slow down and explore what’s going on beneath the surface. We work in a way that suits you, at your pace, grounded in what actually helps rather than what therapy is “supposed” to look like.
Men often come to me struggling with:
- Anxiety, stress, or feeling constantly on edge
- Anger that feels hard to control or hard to access
- The impact of past experiences or trauma
- Feeling numb, disconnected, or stuck
- Relationship difficulties or emotional distance
- A sense of lost direction or purpose
Therapy with me is honest, down-to-earth, and human. No jargon. No fixing you. Just a space where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself, or have the answers.
Reaching out can feel uncomfortable, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. But you don’t have to do this alone. If something here resonates, you’re welcome to get in touch.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

I'm all about making sure you feel comfortable and confident with your counselling journey. That's why I offer a complimentary 25-minute session online or over the phone. It's a chance for us to chat about my approach, address any questions or concerns you may have, and see if we vibe well together.
After that initial chat, if you feel like I'm the right fit for you, we can schedule our next session. Whether you prefer meeting in person, continuing online, or with phone sessions, the choice is yours. I'm here to make this process as smooth and convenient for you as possible.
